All orders are shipped from Switzerland with an estimated delivery time between 2 - 14 working days depending on your choice of shipping method and location.

We process orders within maximum 4 days and during business hours i.e. from Monday to Friday between 8:00 – 17:00 (Central European Timezone - GMT+1).

We use carbon neutral shipping to protect and minimize the impact on climate with “pro clima”. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to local Value-Added-Tax (VAT), customs and duty charges, courier handling fees which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping costs. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with your local tax, customs and duty regulations and import costs. Kualuah is not aware individual country regulations. 

Additionally, please be aware that the custom processing process can prolong delivery times. We are not aware of individual country customs processing times, please familiarize yourself with the local regulations before ordering.

TRACKING, LOSS OR DAMAGE

Please note that Kualuah is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating any packages (currently shipped, lost or stolen packages). This applies to all orders.

If you are interested in additional shipment services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please add a note in the comment section when ordering. We will then contact you to confirm the availability and price.

Kualuah is not responsible for replacing packages that are lost, stolen or sent to wrong addresses, as entered by the customer, so please make sure to cross-check your shipping address before placing your order.
