RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Which means you need to mail the product within 14 days back to us.
We only accept returns if the products we receive are in original condition:
- New, unused, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with original packaging, tags and hygienic liners (where applicable) in place.
- Please fold your return items with care and package them securely as received. As neoprene is very delicate, please ensure that the zipper is not touching any neoprene surface. We recommend that you use a mailing box that has the same or very similar dimensions to the one in which you received your order. We highly discourage anyone to return the product in plastic mail bags as the product will almost certainly will get damaged and in that case we aren’t able to refund you.
- Make sure to obtain a tracking number for your returns to ensure proof of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Shipping cost refers to actual shipping cost paid by Kualuah to the courier, note that this can be higher than what customers are being charged for)
- Local customs and duty costs are non-refundable.
- Please be aware that currently we are not able to cover shipping costs for returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kualuah.com. You will receive our return address via email.
Declare the products you are returning to us as "returned goods" at the courier of your choice. If the returned goods are not declared correctly we reserve the rights to deduct customs & tax fees we are charged for from the purchase amount.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom products i.e. personalized items are not eligible for returns.
- Items on sales are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Items that were abandoned (i.e. local customs and taxes were not paid and hence the product was destroyed or returned to us)
- Gift-cards
EXCHANGES
In case you want to exchange an item, the fastest way for you to enjoy our product is when you place a new order and in parallel you return the product that needs to be exchanged.
REFUNDS
Once we received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund request is approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via the original payment method.
