All orders are shipped from Switzerland with an estimated delivery time between 2 - 14 working days depending on your choice of shipping method and location. Occasionally the shipment can take longer due to local customs processing which is out of Kualuah's influence. 

We process orders within maximum 4 days and during business hours i.e. from Monday to Friday between 8:00 – 17:00 (Central European Timezone - GMT+1).

We use carbon neutral shipping to protect and minimize the impact on climate with “pro clima”. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to local Value-Added-Tax, customs and duty charges, courier handling fees which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping costs. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with your local customs and duty regulations and import costs. Kualuah is not aware individual country regulations and is not covering any of these costs. 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Please note that Kualuah is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to all orders.

If you are interested in additional shipment services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please add a note in the comment section when ordering. We will then contact you to confirm the availability and price.

Kualuah is not responsible for replacing packages sent to wrong addresses, as entered by the customer, so please make sure to cross-check your shipping address before placing your order.
