MADE WITH THE PLANET IN MIND
We are devoted to developing eco-friendly products that are alternative to traditional petroleum based waterwear. We use bioprene which is 100% neoprene free and is made of natural raw materials such as sugarcane, seashell powder (reused from the food sector) and edible plant oil.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR WETSUIT
Neoprene is a delicate material, here are some tips on how to take care of your wetsuit / swimwear: 
  • Put on and take off your wetsuit gently
  • Rinse your wetsuit in fresh, cold water outside and inside-out right after you are out of the fresh / salty water
  • To dry your wetsuit hang it on wide hanger and ideally in well-ventilated room / area. Make sure you avoid heat or sunlight
  • Hang or store your wetsuit flat, this helps to reduce creasing the material is inherently prone to
  • Do not freak out if your wetsuit has creases, just wear it in the ocean where the material will relax
  • Avoid rough surfaces
  • Do not machine wash | Do not spin dry | Do not bleach |Do not tumble dry | Do not dry clean

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Switzerland with an estimated delivery time between 2 - 14 working days depending on your choice of shipping method and location.

We process orders within maximum 4 days and during business hours i.e. from Monday to Friday between 8:00 – 17:00 (Central European Timezone - GMT+1).

We use carbon neutral shipping to protect and minimize the impact on climate with “pro clima”. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to local Value-Added-Tax (VAT), customs and duty charges, courier handling fees which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping costs. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with your local customs and duty regulations and import costs. Kualuah is not aware individual country regulations. 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Please note that Kualuah is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to all orders.

If you are interested in additional shipment services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please add a note in the comment section when ordering. We will then contact you to confirm the availability and price.

Kualuah is not responsible for replacing packages sent to wrong addresses, as entered by the customer, so please make sure to cross-check your shipping address before placing your order.
